The nomenclature query panel on the left side of the TDC Query Page contains three columns of plant names. The left column lists all families, the middle, the genera, and the right, all species and infrageneric taxa. After every query operation, e.g. state or habit query, the nomenclature windows are updated, reflecting the plant taxa found within each column, showing just those plants resulting from the query. At the top of each column, a count of the taxa is provided for each query.
